A question about eligibility: I am paying on a life membership, by installment, on the Easy Pay Life (EPL) program. I started my membership in Oct. 2005. My guess is that I am not eligible, but I'd like to know for sure.

You are correct. You must be "fully paid". The reference is Article III, Section 6(e)(1). It requires a "properly completed, fully paid application for lifetime membership must have been received by the Secretary on or before the fiftieth (50th) day prior to the date of the meeting".
